Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical error Alipur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2017 has been typed as Alipur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2017 in the body of the petition and accordingly in the order dated 12.10.2017, by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail, Alipur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2017 has been typed in place of Alipur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2017, therefore, he seeks permission to make necessary correction in the body of the petition and prays for modification of the order dated 12.10.2017 to the aforesaid extent only.
