2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sinha P.S. Case No. 89 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with other coaccused persons is said to have abused and assaulted the informant. It is further alleged that the petitioner is said to have snatched Rs. 25,000/- from informant's pocket and a co-accused person snatched a gold chain worth Rs. 70,000/- from the informant's neck.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the

No.35960 of 2025(2) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 main assailant, namely, Prabhakar Singh has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35188 of 2025 and the case of this petitioner is on better footing as there is no allegation of inflicting any kind of injury or assault against the petitioner.
5. Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances and the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sinha P.S. Case No. 89 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C/ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) priyanka/- U T
