The claim of the petitioners will be guided and decided in terms of the decision already rendered in the case of Sadanand Jha and Ors. V. the State of Bihar & Ors. passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9207 of
Patna High Court CWJC No.16325 of 2014 dt.06-05-2016 2/2 2012, copy of which is Annexure-2 to the writ application as well as the affirmance of the said order by the Division Bench in terms of Annexure-3.
The respondent-Administrator of Bihar State Road Transport Corporation has, therefore, a duty and obligation to make payment of statutory interest to the petitioners within a period of four months from the date of filing of an application with necessary details of the petitioners before the Administrator.
