JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 42 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the stolen motorcycle. Petitioner is in custody since 12.02.2023.

Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
