JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2016 The petitioner is a named accused in Purnea P.S. Case No. 682 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 read with Sections 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. He seeks for quashing of the said First Information Report and Final Form/ Report No.51/15 dated 18.03.2015 submitted by the police under Section 173 of the Cr.P.C. With the filing of said final form the petitioner stand charge sheeted. In the present application seeking quashing of the First Information Report, the petitioner has taken some pleas which are in the nature of defence on behalf of the petitioner. On
