2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 85.40 liters of country made liquor was recovered from two bags.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The bags in question does not belong to the petitioners and they have been made accused in this case only on suspicion.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner No. 1 has got nine criminal antecedents of similar nature and petitioner No. 2 has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature.
