Petitioner has filed this petition for restoration of I.A. no. 4868/2014 which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order.

I do not find any ground to restore I.A. no.

4868/2014. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the petitioner, if he files fresh interlocutory application before appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance
