Having heard learned counsel for the parties as also perused the record, this Court is satisfied that there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in complying with the directions contained in the order dated 21.12.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12505 of 2017, titled as Birendra Nath Verma & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.

Should the petitioner feel aggrieved of the nonpayment of interest or calculation with respect thereto, it is open for the petitioner to independently assail the orders passed by the authorities.
