Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he opened fire causing fire arm injury to injured- Karan Yadav, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Magadh Medical College Gaya P.S. case no. 09/2014 pending in the court of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya stands rejected.
