Permission, so sought, is granted. 2.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the present writ application has been filed on behalf of the above named petitioner seeking appropriate direction to the respondents to pay the admitted dues of ₹ 2,95,000/- for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9444 of 2024(2) dt.29-07-2024 2/2 work done by the petitioner of clearing the drain (nala) from 18.07.2021 to 09.08.2021 in the ward no. 6, village Rusulpur Dumariya under Gram Panchayat - Rusulpurfateh. "

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off.
