JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-09-2015 The petitioner prays for quashing of order dated 10.6.2013, passed by the Assessing officer (respondent no.6) by which his objection petition filed against the provisional assessment has been rejected without providing him an opportunity of hearing and giving any reason. I find substance in the submission of the petitioner that respondent no.6 while passing order dated 10.6.2013 assigned no reason for his findings. In this view of the matter, the writ petition succeeds and the impugned order is set aside with liberty to proceed afresh in accordance with law. Shashi.
