JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-05-2024 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would not press for grant of anticipatory bail in view of the earlier order of rejection already passed by this Court on 19.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 14380 of 2023, but the submission is that this Court may consider extending the period for surrender of the petitioner in the learned court below.

2. Learned APP for the State is present. He has no objection to the withdrawal of this application with liberty to the petitioner to surrender in the learned court below within two weeks from today.

3. If the petitioner surrenders within two weeks from today in the learned court below, the same will be considered without being prejudice by the order of this Court.
