Petitioner seeks bail in Hilsa P.S. Case No.385 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 413, 414, 401, 467/34 Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that police arrested Sonu Kumar with one country made pistol and live cartridges. He disclosed name of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36373 of 2019(3) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Hilsa, in connection with Hilsa P.S.
