2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No. 230 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 447, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has appeared in this case and he has prayed for two weeks time.

4. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51688 of 2024(5) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 that the petitioner no. 02 was granted interim relief vide order dated 29.01.2025 as his intermediate examination was to be held thereafter he has not surrendered till date and now seeking an adjournment.

5. In view of the aforesaid, the interim protection granted to the petitioner no. 02 vide order dated 29.01.2025, is hereby vacated as the petitioner no. 02 has already appeared in the concerned examination and if the police wants, it may arrest the petitioner no. 02.

6. Since, the process under Section 82 and 83 have been issued and executed against the petitioners on 19.01.2025, this anticipatory bail application is held to be not maintainable.
