2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Madhaurah P.S. Case No. 968 of 2020 registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal code.

4. As per the prosecution, the petitioner is involved in the loot of the Motorcycle and Mobile. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of the co-accused Amit Kumar who has been granted bail. The petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2021. The petitioner has criminal antecedent also.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Chapra in connection with Madhaurah P.S. Case No. 968 of 2020.

8. The petitioner will visit Isuapur police station on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
