2. The petitioner, who is a Panchayat Teacher

Patna High Court CWJC No.10130 of 2022 dt.05-09-2024 2/3 working at Government Primary School, Chakdonai, Block - Runnisaidpur, District - Sitamarhi, has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to consider that the petitioner as trained teacher since the date of passing the two years of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) teachers training course and not from the date of passing the six months Bridge Course/ Enrichment Programme of B.Ed. Teachers training course and to grant the petitioner consequential relief(s) including the arrears of differences of salary and seniority in the light of Order /Judgment dated 27.09.2016 passed in L.P.A. No. 1699 of 2013 which has already been complied vide Memo No. 455, dated 30.03.2019 issued by the Joint Secretary, Education, Department, Government of Bihar, Patna.

Since, the petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher, having regard to the provisions of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Disputes Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and also in view of the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C No. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari vs. State of Bihar & Ors. along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition shall
