The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Triveniganj P.S. Case No.07 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
The informant got information that Kishun Yadav had kept liquor under the sand and on such, a raid was conducted. Two persons started fleeing away. One Md. Mujahid was arrested. Md. Mujahid is said to have disclosed that it was petitioner, who had kept liquor under the sand. He also disclosed the name of the person, who managed to flee away. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except the disclosure made by Mujahid, there is nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd-cumSpecial Judge (Excise), Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S.
