Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar P. S. case no. 393/2014 registered under sections 307, 427 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but no specific overt-act has been attributed against him and according to the prosecution case itself, more than 200 persons had blocked the road and attacked on the police party.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
