The petitioner questions the nomination of the respondent No.4.

Mr. Sanjeev Nikesh, learned counsel for the State Election Commission informs that the nomination for the constituency in question was to be filed between 27.3.2016 to 2.4.2016 and the scrutiny was to take place on 5.4.2016 but the objection has been raised by the petitioner subsequent thereto on 7.4.2016 which is beyond the period of scrutiny.

In the circumstances, no case for indulgence is made out. The petitioner if so advised may raise his grievance by way of an election dispute before the appropriate forum at the appropriate time.

The writ petition is disposed of.
