Heard learned counsel appearing for the respondent. By the impugned order, the learned court below has allowed the prayer of insurance-opposite party for impleading the owner of the second vehicle in question as a party respondent. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has also pointed that the matter has now been referred to Lok Adalat for hearing and disposal of the application in accordance with law with the consent of the parties.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15116 of 2014 dt.24-10-2016 this Court is not inclined to interdict the impugned order invoking its jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
