Petitioners are accused in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 274 of 2018 registered under Sections 302, 341, 323, 307 and 34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. It would appear from the F.I.R. itself that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioners. Coaccused Ram Sharan Yadav has assaulted the deceased by means of rod. Moreover, only one injury is found on the body of the injured. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 274 of 2018.
