Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah Town P. S. case no. 346/2013 registered under section 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have given threatening of dire consequence to the informant who happens to be police official, if case lodged against the petitioner is not withdrawn by the informant. No doubt, petitioner carries some antecedent but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there is land dispute between the petitioner and one Munna @ Jhannu Singh and almost all cases registered against the petitioner had been lodged either by the aforesaid Munna @ Jhannu Singh or at his instance and, as a matter of fact, present case has also been lodged at the instance of the aforesaid Munna @ Jhannu Singh.

No.12080 of 2015 (2) dt.30-04-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in Bettiah Town P. S. case no. 346/2013 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
