1. In compliance of the judgment of this Court dated 14.05.2018, passed in CWJC No.9063 of 2016, the opposite party Nos. 2 to 5 i.e. the authorities of Dr. Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University, Pusa, Samastipur have issued letter of appointment dated 12.07.2023, in favour of the petitioner, whereafter the petitioner has also joined as Programme Co-ordinator.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has joined as Programme Co-ordinator, nonetheless, he be not precluded from agitating his grievances regarding grant of seniority from the day his juniors were appointed and to the said extent, liberty be granted to the petitioner. Liberty so sought is granted.
