JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-09-2025 During the course of argument, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after investigation, the police found the allegations levelled against the petitioner to be false and submitted final form in favour of the petitioner. Thereafter, no cognizance of the offence has been taken till date.

2. Considering the aforesaid submission, this Court finds the instant petition to be infructuous, as at present, the petitioner has no apprehension of his arrest in connection with the alleged offence. Therefore, this petition stands disposed of as being infructuous.

3. However, the petitioner will have the opportunity to file a fresh application if any legal action is taken against him by the trial court on the basis of the final report, creating a reasonable apprehension in his mind about his arrest. (Shailendra Singh, J) maynaz/- U T
