The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3(ii) of the SC/ST Act, Section 17 of the CLA Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant disclosed that his grand-son Alok Paswan informed that Shankar Paswan (the petitioner) and Raj Kumar Singh with one unknown person took his son Ravindra Paswan towards Nima Badhar. On search, the dead body of Ravindra Paswan was found. It is submitted that the informant is not an eye-witness of the occurrence and the information given by Alok Paswan is an after-thought. Nobody has seen the occurrence. Considering the fact that the son of the deceased saw the petitioner taking Ravindra Paswan and immediately thereafter

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13730 of 2015 (2) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 the dead body of Ravindra Paswan was found, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 172 of 2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 2231/2014. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
