A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondents no. 1 and 2 wherein it has categorically been stated that the inquiry initiated against the petitioner vide Vigilance Investigation No. T-23/2008 has already been closed and matter has been disposed of.

In view of the aforesaid contention of the respondents No. 1 and 2, Mr. Anurag Saurav, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application. Leave is granted.
