JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being second wife of the husband of the complainant is apprehending arrest in a complaint case wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken under Sections 498A and 494 of the Indian Penal Code. The basic accusation is of torture and performance of second marriage by the husband of the complainant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not aware of the first marriage of the husband of the complainant. It is further submitted that thrust of accusation is against the husband of the complainant. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or
