The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 38 and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. It is a case of recovery of illicit liquor from the hut of this petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that the seized liquor was recovered from the hut of this petitioner. After considering the aforesaid facts that the liquor

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
