BAJANTHRI ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 12-01-2022 This matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 Pandemic. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For that the concerned respondents may be directed to regularize the petitioner in service on the post of Chaukidar remaining in the police station, Laukahi since she has been discharging her duty since 2014 without any hinderance.

(ii) For that the concerned respondents may be directed to provide

Patna High Court CWJC No.10849 of 2020 dt.12-01-2022 2/2 all the consequential relief to the petitioner during service period.

(iii) For that any other relief/reliefs may also be provided to the petitioner if he deserves the same."

The concerned respondent is hereby directed to examine the service particulars of the petitioner as to whether the petitioner is entitled to be regularized against Chowkidar post or not. He is also directed to pass speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
