The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Tariyani P.S. Case No. 162 of 2015 registered under section 414 IPC and diverse penal provisions of the Arms Act.

On a secret information, the police went to the house of the co-accused Suresh Sahni and it is alleged that certain fire-arms stacked near the house was/were recovered. One person managed to make good his escape. It is stated that nothing is alleged against the petitioner. The recovery, if any, was made near the house of the two other accused persons one of whom has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 17.03.2016 (Annexure-3). The petitioner does not carry any criminal

Considering the above, let the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Sheohar in Tariyani P.S. Case No. 162 of 2015 on conditions that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his own/close family member and he shall appear on each date fixed at the trial.
