Patna High Court CWJC No.12 of 2012 (4) dt.08-12-2015 selection of the respondent no. 11 had filed the writ petition complaining against the inaction of the respondent Corporation in not examining into the complaint so filed by the petitioner questioning the eligibility of the private respondent for the appointment of the dealership of the Corporation under the Rajiv Gandhi Gramin L.P.G. Yojana ('RGGLV' for the sake of brevity) in respect of Suryapura Barun in the district of Rohtas. A counter affidavit has been filed today in the case and Mr.
Sinha, learned counsel for the Corporation with reference to the statement made in paragraph-13 of the counter affidavit has submitted that the complaint so filed by the petitioner was acted upon and after enquiry into the candidature of the private respondent, the decision has gone against him and his candidature has been cancelled and that the field verification committee is in process of verification of the documents of the writ petitioner. In view of the categorical stand taken by the respondent Corporation in paragraph-13, the grievance raised by the petitioner stands redressed and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
