JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 427, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is driver in the school run by the relative of the informant and was persuading for increase salary and for that reason the petitioner has been implicated in this case at the behest of the Principal of the school concerned. Petitioner's claim is that his antecedent is clean.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitoner, namely, Bishnu Yadav, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Kotwali
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36807 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No.676 of 2013 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhagalpur, subject to the conditions laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
