====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner is an accused in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 336 of 2007 for the offence registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 29.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12299 of 2020. It is further submitted that charge has already been framed in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 27.10.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousands) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35554 of 2020(2) dt.10-02-2021 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 336 of 2007 corresponding to G.R. No. 1587A of 2007.
