Petitioner seeks bail in Jadopur P.S. Case no. 97 of 2019 registered under sections 379, 411, 34, 461 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant alleged that one Manish Prasad broke the lock of his Kirana shop and stole away Rs 5,000/- and other articles from the shop. Jitendra Mahto was also accompanying him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Manish Prasad has already been granted bail vide order dated 16.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 83226 of 2019. The case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. Petitioner in in custody since 14.11.2019. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one year and two months.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34429 of 2020(2) dt.19-01-2021 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pratik Anand, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gopalganj in Jadopur P.S. Case no. 97 of 2019.
