JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ) Date: 07-03-2017 The present Letters Patent Appeal is directed against an interim order passed by the learned Single Bench on 22nd of February, 2016 whereby, operation of the order dated 2.2.2016 was stayed and the writ application was admitted for hearing. The impugned order was to post officials for a period of six months only. Therefore, the operation of the order which was stayed has come to an end by efflux of time. Therefore, we do not find that any relief can be granted to the appellant in the present Letters Patent Appeal. In fact, the writ application appears to have been rendered infructuous.
