1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 96 of the B.N.S., 2023 and 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a young boy aged about 19 years and the informant alleges that his minor sister aged about 16 years was kidnapped by the petitioner with an intent to marry her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant in the FIR though alleges that his sister is a minor but

It is also submitted that victim and the petitioner were in love and they performed their marriage and the victim has not supported the case of the prosecution in her statement recorded under section 183 BNSS, as recorded in the order impugned. It is also submitted that if privilege of anticipatory bail is granted, the petitioner will not abscond rather will cooperate in the investigation to prove his innocence.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.56 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) B.N.S.S. (Satyavrat Verma, J) amit/- U T
