The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case under sections 341,323,448,376,511 and 34 of the of the Indian Penal Code and under the SC and ST Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.2 is son of petitioner no.1 and there is hardly any chance of committing such offence conjointly. Further, allegation against petitioner no.2 would not constitute offence under the SC & ST Act.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, if petitioner no.2 surrenders within four weeks, he would be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in Inarwa Police
