Having regard to the fact that the petitioners were released on police bail on 28.2.2015, this application for anticipatory bail is definitely not maintainable, inasmuch as the petitioners have now to surrender before the court below and if they do so the judgment of this Court in the case Mahendra Prasad Singh v. the State of Bihar, reported in 2004(3) PLJR 491, shall be given effect to without being prejudiced by rejection of the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
With the aforementioned observation, this application is dismissed.
