2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 06.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12249 of 2024 through which petitioner, above named, has been granted bail.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 06.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12249 of 2024, where, in satisfaction portion of the bail petition has wrongly been typed as Additional Sessions Judge-I, Banka in place of 'Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Banka'.

4. Accordingly, the satisfaction portion of the bail order dated 06.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12249 of 2024

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43087 of 2024(2) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 be modified and the same be read as 'Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Banka' in place of Additional Sessions Judge-I, Banka.

5. Hence, the modification application is allowed.

6. The other parts of the order dated 06.03.2024 shall remain intact.
