Let the petitioner file a fresh application before the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Kishanganj with a copy of this order, who shall verify the authenticity of the claim of the petitioner that the GPF amount has not been released and paid. The verification is required to be doubly made, keeping in mind that the petitioner is a retiree of the year 1997 and the Court fails to understand as to why he will wait for 20 years to claim his GPF, if he had made contribution at all.
