After having heard learned senior counsel representing the University as well as other respondents, including the private respondent, the Court fails to understand as to why arguments are
Patna High Court LPA No.1208 of 2014 dt.20-04-2017 2/2 being made now after the impugned order dated 14.10.2011 has been more or less complied in toto. Only certain aspects of payment is subsisting but majority part of the entitlement has already been released in favour of the private respondent. Let the matter rest at that now. Appeal is dismissed in the changed circumstances.
