Learned counsel for the BSFC has explained the position as existing to learned counsel for the petitioner. According to learned counsel for the BSFC, the Sixth Pay Revision has been allowed to the employees of the Corporation with effect from 01.01.2012 only and there is no provision for pension. Learned counsel for the petitioner has understood the position and submits that in view of the explanation furnished to him, he is not willing to continue with this proceeding.

The matter is closed.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
