2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) to issue a writ in the nature of

2/4 certiorari to quash the order vide memo no 1139(A) dated 02/05/2025 whereby and where under the District Magistrate, Begusarai without considering the factual aspects of the case rejected the claim of the petitioner only on frivolous ground, which is not sustainable in the eye of law.

(ii) for issuance of a writ in nature of certiorari to quash the enquiry report dated 02/05/2025 prepared by Deputy Collector, Begusarai in which enquiry officer hold that the alleged land has never been in the possession of the petitioner, without examining the land possession certificate of the petitioner as well as other records concern.

(iii) for issue a writ in nature of mandamus commanding respondent to stay the illegal construction of a building of Lohia Nagar Police station and residential premises without adopting any formalities of land acquisition act.

(iv) to quash the letter issued under

3/4 signature of Land Acquisition Officer, Begusarai vide memo No.863 dated 08/11/2023 whereby and where under 0.605 Acre land was acquired including the land of the petitioner and delivered the possession to the Dy. S.P.

(head quarter) without proper verification of boundary of lease deed for construction of Lohia Nagar police station and residential Building (v) commanding the respondent to released the land of the petitioner for any type of illegal construction.

(vi) for any other relief for which petitioner may found entitled in the eye of law?"

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice that if direction is given for early disposal of Title Suit No. 188 of 2022 pending before the competent Civil Court.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of with a request to the concerned Civil Court to look into the

4/4 matter and see to it that the Title Suit No. 188 of 2022 of disposed at an earliest strictly in accordance with law.

6. The pendency of the Title Suit will not deter the petitioner to approach appropriate authority seeking appropriate compensation in accordance with law. (Rajiv Roy, J) vinayak/- U
