JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45511 of 2014 for extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended further for a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. The order dated 24.12.2014 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed off in connection with Tajpur(Halai) P.S. Case No. 114 of 2012, pending in the court of leaned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur.
