JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 16-10-2019 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we find that an affidavit has been filed bringing on record the order revoking the suspension of the applicant on 14th October, 2019. It has been pointed out by Shri Amit Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the applicant that in the order dated 18th September, 2019 passed by us, the payments of subsistence allowance to the applicant-petitioner has been incorrectly transcribed as at the rate of 75% instead of 50%.

Let the said application be restored by the office on record. We direct that the order dated 18th September, 2019 shall stand corrected to the extent that the petitioner was being paid at the rate of 50% instead of 75%.

Since the order has been complied with, therefore, the application is consigned to records.

It will be open to the University to pass any appropriate order on any representation being made by the applicant in this regard and the University shall act as expeditiously as possible.
