The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that two accused persons on a motorcycle intercepted him and looted his motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that FIR was against unknown and the name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of Diwakar, it is also submitted that uncle of petitioner is father-in-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38572 of 2022(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 law of Divakar and the motorcycle was recovered from bathan of Divakar as such the petitioner came to be implicated. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. with a further condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father, Laddu Ray.
