JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 13-03-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application wherein the petitioner had prayed for the following relief:- "That this is an application for direction or directions, order or orders by way of an appropriate writ or writs preferably in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the respondents to pay the benefits of Central Pay Scale with effect from 01.01.1996 to June 2005 (30.6.2005) till the date of superannuation.".

This application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn but it is made clear that the petitioner shall have now no liberty to move this Court for the same cause of action and/or for the aforesaid prayer.
