1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shakurabad P. S. Case No. No. 208 of 2024 dated 15.08.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 110, 74, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S.
3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioners' counsel are that the FIR has been registered against six accused including the petitioners, out of them four have been granted bail by the trial court itself and the petitioners' are carrying the similar nature of allegation like the other co-accused persons,

No.36233 of 2025(2) dt.20-06-2025 2/3 there is no specific allegation against them and their prayer has been rejected by the trial court mainly considering their one criminal antecedent in which they are on bail. It is further submitted that the alleged occurrence was not pre-planned and as per the prosecution story initially an incident of abusing took place in between both the parties which resulted in the commission of the alleged occurrence of marpit and two persons, informant and his mother, are said to have been assaulted by the accused persons but they sustained simple injuries and in this regard, order impugned may be perused.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioners.
5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioners' counsel, this court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, let the petitioners named-above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Shakurabad P. S. Case No. No. 208 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section
