JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/325/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code on the ground that injury has been found to be simple.

Considering the fact that earlier anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected considering the nature of accusation and not the nature of injury, this court is not inclined to entertain this second bail application of the petitioner.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No.69 of 2014, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
