The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 28/03/2016, passed in Sessions Trial No.23 of 2016, arising out of Barbigha (Kewati) P.S. Case No.158 of 2004, whereby, petitioner's application for discharge under section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the contentions during trial.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19907 of 2016 (3) dt.25-05-2017 2/2 Permission is granted.
